At Universal Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
